Thank you Cacoo! Your program was among the very few that semeed to be worth paying for (i.e., to have a real Visio-like program in the Cloud). I started a personal subscription a few weeks ago and have been very happy. Even a question I had about some functionality I thought wasn't working (turned out it was me, not the app ) was answered very quickly and with a great tone and attitude by Jenny (I believe, forgive me if I have name or spelling wrong) with your support team. There were some features I thought the program really needed to get to the next level and you've just added them all! Great job and thank you for continuing to support your application with enthusiasm and dedication. It makes all the difference between a one-time customer and a long-time, loyal customer when we can see how much the company and development and support teams care about their work and product (no offense to those on the marketing side of things but your enthusiasm for a product doesn't really count when evaluating these things as a customer ).Didn't mean to go on so long, but I'm glad to share my appreciation and satisfaction as one of your customers.Cheers! and Happy Holidays from Tallahassee, Florida, USA.
